We use a multidisciplinary and holistic home health approach to the treatment of functional deficits associated with low vision. Patients who have impaired vision can sometimes be limited in their activities and this leads to a reduced quality of life.

Our focus is on enhancing their lives by creating an independent living environment. We reduce hazards at home, such as those that may cause the patient to trip, lose balance and fall down. We consider home safety to be a very important part of caring for patients with low vision.
